City agency records
Graham and Olney police departments can hold records created by their own officers, even where a later jail booking is held by Young County. Graham Police Department lists its records email as records@grahampd.com. Olney's city public-information page accepts requests through its City Secretary and lists olneygov@cityofolneytx.com. Newcastle's current city directory lists administration rather than a standalone police department, so a city contact should not be assumed to hold a jail record.
